Returns, Exchange & Refund


In general, our products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged, or incorrect product. Please return the damaged or incorrect products by simply follow our Return Procedures.
We will arrange to re-send the product in the same form of shipping method originally used for purchase without extra delivery charge. Only in case the product was sold out, we will refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally used for purchase*.

Return Procedures


You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps:
1. Please contact us by email or give us a call.(email: sales@artwalker.org/ Tel.: 852-25765866)
2. Provide us with your Order ID. Indicate returned products and the reason for your return.
3. Pack the returned products along with our acknowledgement email securely in a box that we can expedite your request.
4. Send the returning items by mail to: Room 1306, Block A, Sea View Estate, 2 Watson Road, Hong Kong
5. Please use the most economy shipping method for all returned products and all return shipping fee must be prepaid. We cannot accept COD returns. The return shipping fee will also be refunded by offering you a credit on your next purchase to cover this reimbursement.


If order returned to us due to the following reasons:
-Customer refuses to pay tax
-Or unable to make import declarations
-Or unable to complete the procedures of custom clearance
Customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 15% handling fee for order cancellation. For details, please kindly refer to Customs and Tax and Undeliverable Orders

Customs & Tax


When ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a handling fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

Undeliverable Orders


Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% of the value of products as handling fee.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged the relevant fee for resending the parcel.

* Refund will be in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. It takes up to 3 to 4 weeks for credit card issuer to process your credit back to your account. Refund by cheque or telegraphic transfer will take approximately the same of time.

* We DO NOT ACCEPT any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.

* We DO NOT ACCEPT return for any free gift product.
