For deliveries to Hong Kong


For orders in Hong Kong, we will use local courier service as our delivery company. Our system will calculate shipping cost automatically when you have chosen your product in our shopping cart. Delivery is 2-3 business days after your payment is completed. Please note: There is no delivery service for the areas below -

For orders deliver to China, we are glad to provide China Express services for all orders. Our system will calculate shipping cost automatically when you have chosen your product in our shopping cart. Delivery is 3-7 business days after your payment is completed.

If order returned to us due to customer refuse to pay tax or unable to make import declarations, customer will be responsible for the returned shipping fee, resend shipping fee and /or 15% re-stocking fee for order cancellation. Customs & Tax


When ordering from us you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and/or duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
If the package is refused due to your refusal to pay customs tax and/or duties, and subsequently returned to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a handling fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

Undeliverable Orders


Occasionally orders are returned to us as incorrect address, a PO Box and hotel address, failed delivery attempts, refuse to pay tax/ refuse to provide ID copy/ unable to make import declarations or parcel refused by recipient.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund by deducting the original shipping fee and 15% of the value of products as handling fee.
We can re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable or unclaimed. However, customers will be charged the relevant fee for resending the parcel.

For deliveries outsides Hong Kong and China


We use Standard Shiping service provided by Hong Kong Post Office for destinations outside Hong Kong and China. Please note that we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes and hotels. Shipping rate will automatically come up when you have chosen your product in our shopping cart.

## Since some of the Customs in the European countries including, but not limit to, UK, France and Germany, etc may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 4-6 weeks.
# For Standard Shipping, no single order can exceed 2 kg. If your order is over that, we will automatically separate them into several orders to meet the weight requirement. You will also be.

Dispatch notification


We will send a Dispatch Notification email to you after we have dispatched your order. The majority of our orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after placing the order online. You can expect to receive this email within the 2 - 14 business day timeframe. The email contains the details of your shipment as well as a tracking number and link. You can click on the link to track your order.

Delivery time


Orders are processed soon after receipt to ensure that your items are shipped to you as soon as possible. You are expected to receive your orders within 2-21 business days (excluding the day placing the order) depending on the delivery country and shipping method selected.
These are estimated delivery times only and we cannot be responsible for delays due to customs and/or duty regulations and procedures. Delivery times may vary, particularly during Christmas, Chinese New Year, Easter and other holiday periods. Although we cannot guarantee delivery times, we do our best to process orders as soon as we receive them.
Business Days: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays within Hong Kong. Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays are usually processed by the end of the day following the next business day.
Please note that for first time customer, the delivery time may be slightly longer due to the verification process with bank for payment authorization and security control reason. You may check your order status in with your order number in our website.

PLEASE NOTE: Since some of the Customs in the European countries including UK, France and Germany may take a relatively long time to inspect the parcels, the delivery time of some orders may take 3-4 weeks. If you encounter this problem, please CONTACT US for more assistance.
